Tammy makes a great first impression. She is friendly, trustworthy, honest, patient, and kind. With my leg and foot disability, I can not get into most vehicles. Silver Lights SUV is accessible for me and comfortable to ride in. Tammy has taken me to many medical appointments, waits with me often taking notes, and stops for groceries or errands on our return home. She has much patience and helps me to stay free of anxiety when trying to cope with difficult situations. She is a great patient advocate and is always encouraging.
